Big Anniversary

Tommorrow   June  28th  Sam  and  I  will  be  married  65 years, yes  june  28th  1947  we  were  married   at  St.  Andrews  Luthern  Church  in  So.  Perkaise, Pa.    So  people    try  for  that  record. 

Holy Cow I am a Turkey.

Yes ai was a turkey today in bowling a turkey is when you get 3 strikes in a row and it happened in the 10th feame soo I could 2 extre bowls and they were both strikes. I was so gosh darn excited and I guess in shock as the second game I only bowled a score 0f 97, not to good, I believ I am starting to get my confidence back a hope so.

Today was a great day.

I guess you all know our social life revolves around bowling. Some days good somes days not too good but today for me I could not do antthing wrong on the first game. Wednesday we bowl with a couple and he is a GREAT bowler well I guess he had an off day because he beat me by 1 pin 156 I had a 155. It made my day.

It has been a LONG time since I updated my blog, I guess because I was lazy.Well I am back and our social life is still going bowling 3 days a week MOn,Wed, and Friday, I always think we go bowling not to bowl but for the social life we have so much fun and so what if do not so hot it is better then sitting home. I will try to do better and keep up with events that we are doing.

More Snow

Like 26 inches 4 days ago were not enough today we are getting more snow, it is a wet heavy snow so I will keep my fingers crossed that the electric doe not go off on us. Yesterday was a beautiful nice sunny day I guess god was with us as it was the funeral for Clyde,(Sam"s brother) Clye had such a wonderful outlook on life so I am sure the sun was shinning on him all the way.

All we can say is WOW we ere hit with another BIG snow storm again we have about 24 inches again. We are very luck living in newtown commoms cond complex as the do a FANATASTIC job of clearing the roadway and parking areas, of course we pay for all that service in our monthly condo fee but we feel it is a great service. WE did get ro Sam and AnneMarie to celebrate Derek 1st. birthday Joe came and picked us up as well as Jim and Beverly, but I believe Alec enjoyed the party more than Derek so it was a nice fun time.
